Christ the King School

Neighbors on Primrose Avenue and Circle have been discussing the possibility of further construction and renovation guidelines.  The result of these discussions and the work of the Metro Planning Department is a proposed Urban Design Overlay.  The purpose of the overlay is to maintain the character of the neighborhood, make renovation and construction guidelines more transparent, and guide future development.  

On January 27, we will hold a neighborhood meeting to discuss the proposed overlay, answer questions, and address concerns.  The overlay affects 66 properties on Primrose Avenue and Circle only. The residents/owners of those properties have received notification of the meeting and full copies of the UDO.
